Craig Kyle Hemphill is the firm’s Managing Legal Counsel.

Mr. Hemphill manages CKH Legal’s day-to-day operations and commits to the core practice of Corporate Transactions and Complex Commercial/Business Litigation matters. His noted competencies are in the areas of construction law transactions and litigation, business litigation and commercial disputes, and any level of contract deals and transactional structures.

Mr. Hemphill assists international corporations outside and inside the United States. He is well known as a diverse and skilled lawyer throughout The Americas, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
